Observations And Knowledge with Targeted Reconnaissance of Earth-like Exoplanets. The goal of this project is to characterise all nearby star systems within twenty light years and enhance observational programs. This project attempts to collate all of the published data on the star systems within twenty light years of Sol. This is to include any exoplanets and feed into any modelling. A data base of information will be made publicly available on a unique web site with full references given. The project is also to include actual observations using existing facilities or leading the design and build of new facilities. Opportunities to involve the wider public in a distributed computing network and amateur observational program for ease of processing or increased resolution will be sought. The project is symbolised by an Oak tree, to represent our search for another world like Earth.
